The Fox Restaurant & Brewery - Carson City
Founded in 2008 in the historic 1862 St. Charles Hotel building in Carson City, NV.

Bendita Carmelita
Launched in 2022 in the restored 1860s Hotel Madrid casona in Ciudad del Carmen, Campeche.
Carmen's only craft brewery—house beers like Abeja Reina, ChelIPA, Choco Porter, plus smoked meats, barbacoa, pastas, and family-friendly dining.

The Fox Restaurant & Brewery – Midtown Reno
Opened in 2023 in the heart of Reno’s vibrant Midtown district.
Expanded the The Fox brand with a larger space for bigger crowds, more taps, and an elevated menu while keeping the same craft beers, pub favorites, and welcoming energy that made Carson City a staple.
Features: Expanded tap list, larger patio, live music/events, and strong community draw in one of Nevada’s fastest-growing neighborhoods.
